A brand fit for Wall St.
Looking to enter the market at the top of their branding game, Jayden Roncon from Roncon Real Estate came to Evolution with a strong vision for a highly sophisticated and professional commercial real estate brand.
Being a new entry into the commercial real estate market, Roncon Commercial wanted its core values of discretion, privacy and quality service to be at the forefront of the branding. We began the process with designing a new logo. In order to create a logo that spoke of the core values, we looked at several high-end fashion, commerce and property brands including Wardian London and Jade Park.
We created a logo solution for Roncon Commercial that embodied sophistication by using a thin gold geometric shape and strong typography. To support this classic brand, Jayden provided a birds eye view of New York City further positioning the business.
To complete the branding, we designed stationery that extended the main brand and showed is simple versatility. Creating a business card with raised gold features, a unique letterhead, a document folder and a classy email signature, Roncon Commercial was ready to enter the market. We worked closely with Jayden to also create a sleek mail chimp template and property brochure to target his core market directly.
Most recently we completed a website for Roncon Commercial to give the brand a dark and moody presence on the world wide web. This one of a kind, custom website is built to stand the test of time as well as grow with the businesses. The design was intentionally designed and developed with sleek lines and gold highlights to extend the brand and it’s core values of discretion and sophistication.
